White Bean-Avocado Toast
White beans are filled with cancer-killing dietary fibers which can also reduce the risk of brain aneurysms, while avocado is rich in mono saturated fat which is a good fat!

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- Pinch of Kosher salt
- Pinch of black pepper, grounded
- Red pepper, crushed
- ½ avocado, mashed
- ¼ cup of canned white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 slice of whole wheat bread
Instructions:
1. Spread mashed avocado evenly on bread, arrange white beans, then pinch salt and pepper on top.2. Put it inside an oven toaster and heat it through.
3. Serve immediately.
